Use what you've got!

So when your trying to get your name and business out there and don't have alot of money... get creative!

For me, I have a local fitness center right here in town that I use.  I asked the manager for permission and set up a schedule for myself... to just go and sit for a few hours.. a few times a week, during the fitness center's peak times. I  set up a small table with a creative display and information... as well as FREE samples.  I just simply sit there and people come up to me... so then I'm able to easily share information with others who want to know what it is I have to offer, its really fun! 

My first night of doing this which was October 27th, 2010 was just fun!  People were interested and who doesn't love a free sample!!! Well I will keep you posted on how this is going for me and will soon include some pictures of my set up as well!

Oh yeah I also am getting ready to do a 21 Day up to 21 lbs lost CHALLENGE! So I use the fitness center to promote that as well!  More to come about the LOSE UP TO 21LBS IN 21DAYS CHALLENGE! Im really excited about this one!
