Beautiful DaY~

So I went on my walk/jog today... at about 11am and thanks to some uplifting music playing in my ears, the refreshing cool fall temperature, a bright blue sky and God's beautiful nature... I found peace.  For those of you who don't like to run or exercise that's ok.... however I strongly and highly suggest that you get out at least 2-3 times a week and just walk for about 45min and.... relax!  You will find that you actually love getting in a little exercise!  While your walking just look up, stand tall, breath in, say hello to those who pass your way...  I little bit can go a longggg way!
